I learned complexity from the inside.
Years inside enterprise organizations — healthcare, finance, travel, SaaS — leading product management, UX strategy, and customer research. Hundreds of stakeholder workshops. Dozens of executive interviews. Complex systems, real constraints, measurable outcomes.
Translation
Founders were solving the same problems alone.
The businesses I met at $150k–$1M weren't short on ambition or ideas. They were short on architecture. Everything ran through one person, and that person was exhausted. The enterprise toolkit — product strategy, service design, systems thinking — was exactly what was missing.
Today
I design operating systems, not plans.
I work with a small number of founders at a time as a strategic partner: assessing the business honestly, designing the systems and decision frameworks it needs, implementing AI where it multiplies capacity, and staying close while it takes hold.
How I Think
I don't simply help you grow.
Growth is easy to want and hard to hold. Most businesses break not because demand runs out, but because the structure underneath was never designed for the size they reached.
So I start with how the business actually operates: where decisions get made, where work stalls, what only you can do, and what only feels that way.
Then we design it deliberately — the systems, the decision frameworks, the AI workflows, the architecture — so growth becomes sustainable rather than expensive.
